One of the best café stops on my ride from Florida to NYC. I had the everything bagel with cream cheese and scallions—hands down the best bagel I’ve had in a long time. The coffee was amazing. They’ve got a Slayer espresso machine, which is seriously legit. Matt, one of the owners, was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about quality and community. This place is a gem. I’m already planning to come back tomorrow to try one of their sandwiches. Highly recommend.

Love this place! I got a vanilla latte and their special chocolate matcha, both were a solid 10/10. Especially the matcha… I’d say it’s the best in town. The bagels were amazing too. We tried the trout bagel and the egg bagel. The ingredients are simple but everything is so fresh and flavorful that you can really taste each component. I highly recommend the egg bagel, the texture of the egg is perfect. The people and the service were awesome as well. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I genuinely enjoyed my time here.

Best breakfast sandwich on a bagel that I’ve ever had in my life! The everything bagel was incredible and everything else in it was just cooked and prepped to perfection. You can tell love was put into this place. And the coffee is also AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back!

Best breakfast bagel ever. Out for a run then overcome with hills in Chattanooga so off to the Hungry Mother for coffee. Well, it smelled delicious inside so why not have an everything egg bagel with yummy topping and bacon. Oh my. You can’t lie to your husband when you come back from a “run” with Everything Bagel in your smile. The bagel was wrapped great that I ate it while getting my run in as I walked back to the boat. Great service too.

As an Italian cook, born and raised in Rome, I found Hungry Mother’s sandwiches to be very familiar and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, the crispy stecca is a treat, and the service was impeccable. We got the vegetarian option, a well balanced mix of flavors, the burrata was very flavorful and it performed very well without fading under the rest of the ingredients. The staff is polite, the food came out fast and they have a self service water station which I found to be a nice addition. My wife and I are definitely coming back for some more… Great addition to Chatt!

12/10. Bagels might just be the best in town (SO good). Simple ordering with a few options, which we love. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Tried both Tomato Bagel and Egg bagel, as well as iced latte. Everything was phenomenal.

The fried zucchini is one of the best sandwiches I think I've ever had. Not exaggerating. The bread? Perfection. The ingredients? Fresh. Don't even get me started on their drinks! The watermelon mint cold brew is an unexpected and refreshing flavor combo.
